1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập và quyền của ứng dụng

Để cung cấp các tính năng cốt lõi, Mắt Cú AI yêu cầu một số quyền trên thiết bị và thu thập một số thông tin cụ thể như sau:

A. Quyền truy cập máy ảnh (camera)

Quyền yêu cầu: android.permission.CAMERA (Android) · NSCameraUsageDescription (iOS)

Lý do: Chúng tôi yêu cầu quyền truy cập máy ảnh để bạn chụp ảnh bài trắc nghiệm trực tiếp trong Ứng dụng. Ảnh sau khi chụp được nén và gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi để AI phân tích và trả kết quả — ảnh không được lưu trữ lâu dài trên thiết bị của bạn. Máy ảnh chỉ được kích hoạt khi bạn chủ động chọn sử dụng tính năng này.

B. Quyền truy cập thư viện ảnh

Quyền yêu cầu: android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android) · NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription (iOS)

Lý do: Chúng tôi yêu cầu quyền đọc thư viện ảnh để bạn có thể chọn ảnh bài trắc nghiệm có sẵn trên thiết bị thay vì chụp trực tiếp. Chúng tôi chỉ đọc ảnh cụ thể mà bạn chủ động chọn — không truy cập toàn bộ thư viện.

C. Thông tin xác thực & tài khoản

Chúng tôi sử dụng xác thực Firebase (Firebase Authentication) để quản lý tài khoản người dùng, hỗ trợ hai hình thức đăng nhập:

• Đăng nhập bằng Google (Google Sign-In): Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi thu thập thông tin hồ sơ cơ bản (tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện) do tài khoản Google của bạn cung cấp.
• Đăng nhập ẩn danh: Bạn có thể sử dụng ứng dụng mà không cần tạo tài khoản. Trong trường hợp này, chúng tôi chỉ lưu trữ một mã định danh ẩn danh tạm thời để theo dõi lượt sử dụng trong ngày.

D. Mã định danh thiết bị

Chúng tôi thu thập mã định danh thiết bị (Android ID trên Android, IDFV trên iOS) để theo dõi lượt sử dụng miễn phí trong ngày theo từng thiết bị. Mã này không được dùng để nhận diện danh tính cá nhân của bạn và không được chia sẻ với bên thứ ba.

E. Thông tin mạng và internet

Quyền yêu cầu: android.permission.INTERNET

Chúng tôi sử dụng kết nối internet để giao tiếp với máy chủ, xác thực tài khoản và đồng bộ dữ liệu của bạn.

2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin của bạn

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin thu thập được cho các mục đích sau:

• Chấm bài tự động: Ảnh bài trắc nghiệm bạn chụp hoặc chọn được gửi lên máy chủ và phân tích bởi mô hình AI (Vertex AI Gemini của Google) để nhận diện và chấm điểm đáp án. Ảnh được nén trước khi gửi và không được lưu lâu dài sau khi xử lý xong.
• Quản lý tài khoản và quota: Theo dõi lượt chấm miễn phí trong ngày (theo thiết bị) và lượt đã mua (theo tài khoản).
• Lưu lịch sử chấm bài: Kết quả chấm bài được lưu trên máy chủ để bạn xem lại lịch sử.
• Phân tích và cải thiện ứng dụng: Chúng tôi sử dụng Firebase Analytics để theo dõi cách người dùng tương tác với ứng dụng nhằm cải thiện trải nghiệm. Dữ liệu analytics được thu thập ở dạng tổng hợp và không được dùng để nhận diện cá nhân.
• Hiển thị quảng cáo: Cung cấp quảng cáo thông qua Google AdMob (xem mục 3).
• Xác thực và bảo mật: Đảm bảo request đến từ ứng dụng hợp lệ thông qua Firebase App Check.

3. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba và chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi sử dụng các dịch vụ bên thứ ba đáng tin cậy có thể thu thập thông tin để nhận diện thiết bị của bạn. Các dịch vụ này có chính sách bảo mật riêng:

A. Quảng cáo AdMob của Google

Chúng tôi sử dụng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo trong Ứng dụng. Google AdMob có thể thu thập, sử dụng số nhận dạng thiết bị (như ID quảng cáo trên Android), địa chỉ IP và thông tin cấu hình phần cứng để phân phối quảng cáo được cá nhân hóa, phân tích hiệu suất quảng cáo, và báo cáo các sự kiện liên quan.

B. Google Firebase

Chúng tôi sử dụng các dịch vụ Firebase sau, tất cả đều do Google điều hành:

• Firebase Authentication: Quản lý đăng nhập (Google Sign-In và ẩn danh).
• Firebase Analytics: Thu thập dữ liệu hành vi sử dụng ứng dụng để cải thiện sản phẩm.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Tự động thu thập báo cáo sự cố khi ứng dụng gặp lỗi.
• Firebase App Check: Xác minh rằng các request đến backend xuất phát từ ứng dụng hợp lệ.

C. Mua hàng trong ứng dụng (In-App Purchase)

Chúng tôi sử dụng Google Play Billing để xử lý các giao dịch mua lượt chấm bài trả phí. Toàn bộ quá trình thanh toán được Google Play xử lý — chúng tôi không lưu trữ thông tin thẻ tín dụng hay tài khoản ngân hàng. Chúng tôi chỉ lưu mã xác nhận giao dịch (purchase token) để xác minh lượt đã mua.

D. Xử lý AI — Vertex AI Gemini (Google)

Ảnh bạn gửi lên được xử lý bởi Vertex AI Gemini — mô hình AI của Google chạy trên hạ tầng Google Cloud. Ảnh chỉ được dùng cho mục đích chấm bài và không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI.

4. Dữ liệu chúng tôi lưu trữ

Các thông tin sau được lưu trữ trên máy chủ của chúng tôi (Google Cloud / Firestore):

• Lịch sử chấm bài: Kết quả và hình ảnh bài thi của từng lần chấm.
• Thông tin tài khoản: Firebase UID, email (nếu đăng nhập Google), tổng số lần chấm, lượt đã mua còn lại.
• Dữ liệu thiết bị: Mã định danh thiết bị (đã được mã hóa một chiều) và lượt sử dụng miễn phí trong ngày.
• Mã xác nhận giao dịch (purchase token): Lưu vĩnh viễn cho mục đích kiểm toán tài chính.

Toàn bộ dữ liệu trên (trừ purchase token) sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khi bạn xóa tài khoản.

5. Quyền yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan bất kỳ lúc nào. Bạn có thể thực hiện theo các cách sau:

• Trong ứng dụng: Vào màn hình Hồ sơ → chọn "Xóa tài khoản". Tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu sẽ được xóa ngay lập tức.
• Qua web (dành cho trường hợp đã gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng): Truy cập owleye.quan105labs.com/delete-account, đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google và xác nhận xóa.
• Qua email: Liên hệ với chúng tôi tại quan105labs@gmail.com để yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu thủ công.

6. Những thay đổi đối với chính sách bảo mật này

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách bảo mật của mình trong từng thời điểm. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo bằng cách đăng thông tin chính sách bảo mật mới lên trang này kèm theo việc cập nhật "Ngày có hiệu lực" trên cùng.

1. Information We Collect and App Permissions

To provide core features, OwlEye requires certain device permissions and collects specific information as follows:

A. Camera Permission

Permission: android.permission.CAMERA (Android) · NSCameraUsageDescription (iOS)

Reason: We request camera access so you can capture photos of multiple-choice worksheets directly within the App. Photos are compressed and sent to our server for AI analysis — they are not stored long-term on your device. The camera is only activated when you explicitly choose to use this feature.

B. Photo Library Permission

Permission: android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android) · NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription (iOS)

Reason: We request read access to your photo library so you can select existing photos of worksheets instead of capturing them directly. We only read the specific photo you actively choose — we do not access your entire library.

C. Authentication & Account Information

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts, supporting two sign-in methods:

• Google Sign-In: When you sign in with Google, we collect basic profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) provided by your Google account.
• Anonymous Sign-In: You can use the App without creating an account. In this case, we only store a temporary anonymous identifier to track daily usage.

D. Device Identifier

We collect a device identifier (Android ID on Android, IDFV on iOS) to track daily free usage per device. This identifier is not used to identify you personally and is not shared with third parties.

E. Network & Internet

Permission: android.permission.INTERNET

We use your internet connection to communicate with our servers, authenticate accounts, and sync your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Automated grading: Photos you capture or select are sent to our server and analyzed by an AI model (Google Vertex AI Gemini) to recognize and grade answers. Photos are compressed before transmission and are not stored long-term after processing.
• Account and quota management: Tracking daily free scans (per device) and purchased scans (per account).
• Scan history storage: Grading results are saved on our server so you can review your history.
• Analytics and improvement: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App in order to improve the experience. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individuals.
• Advertising: Displaying ads through Google AdMob (see Section 3).
• Verification and security: Ensuring requests come from a legitimate app instance via Firebase App Check.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we use trusted third-party services that may collect information to identify your device. These services have their own privacy policies:

A. Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the App. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and hardware configuration information to serve personalized ads, analyze ad performance, and report related events.

B. Google Firebase

We use the following Firebase services, all operated by Google:

• Firebase Authentication: Manages sign-in (Google Sign-In and anonymous).
• Firebase Analytics: Collects behavioral usage data to improve the product.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Automatically collects crash reports when the App encounters an error.
• Firebase App Check: Verifies that requests to the backend originate from a legitimate App instance.

C. In-App Purchases

We use Google Play Billing to process paid scan purchases. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play — we do not store your credit card or bank account information. We only store the purchase token to verify and credit purchased scans to your account.

D. AI Processing — Vertex AI Gemini (Google)

Photos you submit are processed by Vertex AI Gemini — Google's AI model running on Google Cloud infrastructure. Photos are used solely for grading purposes and are not used to train AI models. Data is processed according to Google Cloud's privacy policy.

4. Data We Store

The following information is stored on our servers (Google Cloud / Firestore):

• Scan history: Results and images for each graded session.
• Account information: Firebase UID, email (if signed in with Google), total scan count, remaining purchased scans.
• Device data: Device identifier (one-way hashed) and daily free usage count.
• Purchase token: Stored permanently for financial audit purposes.

All of the above data (except purchase tokens) will be permanently deleted when you delete your account.

5. Your Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do so through the following methods:

• In-app: Go to the Profile screen → select "Delete Account". Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
• Via web (if you have already uninstalled the App): Visit owleye.quan105labs.com/delete-account, sign in with your Google account, and confirm deletion.
• Via email: Contact us at quan105labs@gmail.com to request manual data deletion.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
